Rescue from Gilligan's Island (1978)

Gilligan and his crew find a satellite that has crashed on their deserted island and use it to detect the approach of a huge tidal wave. The force of the water carries the group of castaways back into civilization, after 15 years of living astray. While the other six attempt to readjust to the real world, Gilligan must run from two Russian spies trying to obtain their broken satellite.

Trivia: This film was created 11 years after the popular 1960s TV series Gilligan's Island was cancelled. After that large time span, Tina Louise decided she did not want to participate in the rescue reunion. Instead, Judith Baldwin played the role of the much-loved character Ginger Grant.
