Diane is a frustrated, Corvette-driving 28 year-old high school teacher. During her husband's frequent absences, she meets her 18 year-old neighbor Sean and they begin a romance during summer vacation. But an obsessive stalker casts a shadow on the couple.

Trivia: Jay North (Sean Roberts) is best known for playing Dennis the Menace in the early 1960s TV series. He was also the voice of "Bam-Bam" in The Flintstones. German born Marlene Schmidt (Alice Roberts, Jay's mom) was married to director Howard Avedis. She was Miss Universe 1961.
